So, I just joined Weight watchers online.

So far I’ve noticed that not once have I gone over the number of allotted points for the day, but I also don’t have three meals a day. I have two, sometimes one. Which is clearly an issue, if I’ve been gaining weight.

Anyone have any suggestions on having 3 meals a day?

  1. sweetbandnerd answered: Spread it out. I eat three meals per day, but breakfast is usually a fruit. I snack between meals by eating plain cereal or fruit as well.
