Apple makes a new lock on personal preferences.

The orientation switcher seems far more useful to me. I’ve never needed a mute button before, but I have been in need of something that keeps the screen from constantly spinning as I’m trying to see a picture on it’s side, or even wanting to read a book normally while lying on my side on my bed!
